Special Cleanliness Drive In Support Of ‘Swachhata Se Swagat’

To encourage cleanliness, social responsibility, and community involvement, Shri 1008 Munisuvratanath Digambar Jain Trust organized a special cleanliness drive in support of the “Swachhata Se Swagat” initiative, which is supported by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal.
The campaign’s objectives were to raise public awareness of cleanliness and inspire people to work together to make the environment healthier, cleaner, and more aesthetically pleasing. Trustees, prominent members of society, women, young people, senior citizens, and locals all enthusiastically participated in the drive because they shared a sense of civic duty and community service.
Along with other trustees and volunteers, the initiative was spearheaded by Trust President Sri. Vinod Kumar Jain (Kala), Vice President, Sri. Mahendra Kumar Jain Pandya, Secretary, CA Kamal Nayan Jain, and Convener Sri. Suresh Patni. To spread the idea that everyone shares responsibility for maintaining cleanliness, participants engaged in extensive cleaning across roads, lanes, sidewalks, public areas, and surrounding areas.
“The Hon’ble Chief Minister’s ‘Swachhata Se Swagat’ campaign is an inspiring initiative that provides positive direction to society. A progressive and conscious community is characterized by cleanliness, and no cleanliness movement can succeed without the active involvement of the general public. These programs bolster society’s sense of accountability and cooperation,” said Sri. Vinod Kumar Jain (Kala), Trust President.

Trustees, their families, members of the Jain community, women, young people, and locals all showed remarkable participation in the drive. Participants showed that significant change is achievable when communities unite with commitment and purpose through volunteer work and teamwork.
The Trust conveyed its sincere appreciation to all citizens, volunteers, locals, and community members who took part in and supported the project. To further enhance community involvement and civic duty, it also reiterated its commitment to planning comparable public welfare and social awareness initiatives in the future.
