It entails using rhythmic exercises like dancing, chanting, and drumming to encourage rest and renewal. This idea uses rhythmic patterns to balance and harmonize our total well-being, acknowledging the innate connection between our bodies, minds, and emotions.

Shaleni S. Biswas, MD of Easy Note Stationery Pvt. Ltd., arranged a special event focused on rhythmic interventions that took place in front of distinguished people to promote stress management and well-being.

The event featured a drumming session led by Swapath Yatri, a Renowned Rhythmic Facilitator from Rhythm Moves World.
