The much-awaited Oriental Seafood Festival 2026 has officially arrived, bringing an exquisite celebration of bold flavours to food enthusiasts. This monsoon season, Chowman invites patrons to dive into a specially curated menu featuring over 18 irresistible seafood delicacies crafted to delight every seafood lover.

​​The grand launch event was graced by prominent film personalities Ridhima Ghosh and Gaurav Chakrabarty, alongside Mr. Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman, at a designated Chowman outlet.

​Festival Duration: The month-long festival begins on 22nd July 2026.

​Locations: The festival is available at all Chowman dine-in outlets across Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

​The festival menu offers a wonderful variety of starters and sides alongside quintessential soups and main courses.

​Appetizers: Guests can relish Dynamite Shrimp, Seafood Dumplings with Chilli Oil, Deep Fried Octopus in Sambal-Oelek, Smokey Chilli Butter Garlic Whole Crab, Kolkata Style Chilli Pomfret, Lobster in Pepper Garlic Sauce, and options prepared in Teriyaki or Butter Garlic Sauce.

​Main Courses: The hearty main courses include Butter Chilli Garlic Seafood Noodles, Shrimp Chahan Rice, Butter Garlic Crabmeat, and Crispy Fried Beckti served in a sauce of your choice.

Speaking at the event, Ridhima Ghosh said that she was a fan of seafood and also mentioned that food from Chowman came to her house at least once a week. She also praised the quality of the food as well as the diverse options available in the menu.

​Sharing his thoughts on the occasion, Mr. Debaditya Chaudhury expressed his excitement, stating that they are thrilled to bring back the much-loved Oriental Seafood Festival. He noted that this year’s menu features over 18 exquisite varieties, including octopus, lobster, salmon, squid, and pomfret, each prepared with authentic Oriental flavours by a team of expert chefs. Now in its 15th edition, this culinary celebration promises an unforgettable sensory experience for all guests attending the dine-in exclusivity.

The timing for the festival is from 12 to 10.30 pm.
